The heart of our bakery operation, at our Kata location, is where we pour our passion into every handcrafted loaf, cake and bake. Choose from a daily selection of over 30 handcrafted delights, including baguettes, cereal and sourdough breads, cinnamon rolls, croissants, cookies, cakes and more. Our pastries feature mixed berries tart, lemon meringue tarts, strawberry choux, eclairs, brownies and more. On top of this we also create seasonal and monthly specials such as Christmas Log Cake, traditional spiced sweet buns, and more.
